Professional Courier, Inc.(PCI) was founded by William Brandt in 1978.  The company’s beginnings were that of a newspaper dealership that consisted of deliveries to business, retail, and vending machines. In 1979 Phillip Brandt joined the family business and worked side by side with his father until his retirement in 1990.  42 years later, Phillip is still the leader and CEO of PCI.

Through Phillip’s vision, PCI is now the largest distributor of newspapers on the West Coast. Any person you see reading a newspaper on the West Coast was made possible by PCI! 

Through the years, PCI has grown to become a full-service transportation company.  PCI now delivers for a variety of customer’s utilizing its extensive fleet of 200 plus trucks consisting of Tractor Trailers, Bobtails, Boxed Van’s, Courier Vans and Tow Trucks. Other services provided include transportation logistics, distribution facility design, dock management, product flow management, same day delivery service, and tow truck service.

Phillip Brandt


It is extremely rare to meet someone that has had only one job in their work career. Meet Phillip!

Phillip started with Brandt Brothers at the age of twelve and took over the company at the age of twenty-four and has never looked backed.  From his innovative ideas and solutions to working side by side with his employees Phillip has been the catalyst behind the growth and exceptional customer service at Brandt Brothers. This will be Phillips forty second year as CEO of Brandt Brothers.

Tom moran

General Manager

Tom attended CSU Fresno where he obtained his degree in Business Management. Having 30 years of managerial experience Tom began working for Brandt Brothers in 1997.

Promoted to Manager in 1998 General Manager in 2000, Tom specialize in operations and route maximization.

Scott Wilcox


Scott attended CSU Fresno where he obtained his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accountancy. Scott worked for his father’s CPA firm for 13 years, which is where he met Phillip.  Phillip convinced Scott to join the Brandt Brothers team in 2016.

Since his arrival, Scott has been instrumental in streamlining the processes and procedures. Scott is in charge of all financial operations and started to over see the day to day operations in 2020 to free Phillip up to focus on growth opportunities for the company.

Christina Jensen

Office Manager

Christina has been with Brandt Brothers for 17 years. Her role has grown and changed over the 17 years with Brandt Brothers.  Currently as office manager, Christina wears many different hats!
